Seeking one more host for Summer 2010!

In need of an immediate host home for a female chaperone!
I have an adult female chaperone/interpretor who is in need of a new home asap! Even a home that is temporary until I can find her a new home would be much appreciated! This is a fabulous cultural opportunity, not to mention really fun! She speaks excellent English and will be busy during the week with the students, but will have evenings & weekends free to spend with her host!

A note from the coordinator...

When I was growing up, my parents hosted Japanese students a number of different times. Each time was an amazing experience, and the students became like members of our family. To this day, my parents still keep in contact with the students that we became closest to.

I enjoyed hosting so much that I wanted my kids to grow up having the same experience. Even at their young age, I wanted to bring this program here to West Seattle so that we could have the opportunity to have a Japanese student join our family for a few weeks.

There really is no way to accurately describe the hosting experience & the bond that you will form. This is not something that I am trying to "sell", I just want other families to have the same opportunity. I also admire the girls who are coming & leaving behind what is familiar to them to become part of a family in a new country that speaks a different language & lives a different lifestyle. I want to find these girls caring and supportive families to stay with during that time.
